Description:

2 Inch Water DC24V Solenoid Valve. It's two way two position direct acting diaphragm electric solenoid valve with available voltage AC220V, AV110V, DC24V and DC12V. It can be used for liquid , air, water, gas in a variety of different applications. This valve uses NBR or Viton seal material that is compatible with many liquid such as water up to 80°C. The valve is normally closed, closed when de-energized and open when energized. It is capable of operating at zero differential pressure. This compact solenoid features with female BSP thread or NPT thread.
2 Inch Water DC24V Solenoid Valve has four coil with voltage AC220V, AV110V, DC24V and DC12V. The coil head is fitted with a DIN connection that can easily be connected with your own choice of terminals. This model is mountable in any position and features a conveniently positioned arrow on the body to indicate the direction of flow. Its response time is very low; in fact, it acts in less than one second, making it a great choice for all types of applications.
Non-applicable fluid
When the temperature is high, it is liquid, and solid when cooled; Corrsive Fluid; Fluid above 20 cst concentration.
Attention
The impurities in the line must be cleaned first before installation. In order to prolong service life, Y filter should be installed on the front end of solenoid valve.

Selection basis:

First,Select the diameter specification (ie DN) and interface mode of the solenoid valve according to the pipeline parameters.

1.Determine the diameter (DN) size according to the inner diameter of the pipeline or the flow requirement.

2.interface mode, general > DN50 to choose the flange interface, ≤ DN50 can be freely selected according to user needs.

Second,Select the material and temperature group of the solenoid valve according to the fluid parameters

1.corrosive fluid: should choose corrosion-resistant solenoid valve and all stainless steel; edible ultra-clean fluid: food grade stainless steel solenoid valve should be used.

2.high temperature fluid: to choose the use of high temperature resistant electrical materials and sealing materials made of solenoid valves, and to choose the type of piston structure.

3.the fluid state: large to have a gaseous state, liquid or mixed state, especially when the caliber is larger than DN25 when ordering must be distinguished.

4.fluid viscosity: usually below 20cSt can be arbitrarily selected, if the viscosity is high, you should use high viscosity solenoid valve.

Third,Select the principle and structure of the solenoid valve according to the pressure parameters

1.Nominal pressure: This parameter has the same meaning as other general-purpose valves and is determined according to the nominal pressure of the pipeline.

2.Working pressure: If the working pressure is low, the direct-acting or step-by-step direct-acting principle must be used; when the minimum working pressure difference is above 0.04Mpa, direct-acting, step-by-step direct-acting or pilot-operated can be used.

Fouth,Voltage selection: The voltage specification should be as convenient as possible for AC220V and DC24.

Fifth,Select auxiliary functions according to environmental requirements: explosion-proof, waterproof fog, water shower, diving.
