Detailed Description
1.This Gantry Row welding machine is specialized in fast production of wire mesh. It is suitable for the product with more Y wire and less X wire.
2.The welding power source is three-phase. The welding manner is one-way double-layer automatic stepping feeding with 12 welding heads. (adjustable according to your product)
3.The effective welding width is within 0~ 2200mm while the effective welding length is 3000mm. (can adjust according to your product)

Features:
1.Main body: It adopts longitudinal stress body and good quality thick steel plate to ensure the strength and stability of the main body.
2.Welding Power Source: Since the distance between wires is long, the welding head is suitable to conduct single-point welding. So the machine will choose the suitable power 75/100/150/200KW discharging transformer which is special used for resistance welding as the welding power source. To ensure the strength and stability of the welding.
3.Welding Control System: The secondary which is controlled by microcomputer will identify the output of current automatically in order to guarantee the constant current of each welding spot. In the meantime, the control system is equipped with the function of voltage compensation which is used for the automatic detection of the voltage change in order to ensure the constant strength of the welding spot.
4.Pressurized Mechanism: Multiple pressurized mechanisms are adopted to drive the row welding electrodes to conduct welding to each wire respectively.

4.Use self developed intelligent microcomputer welding control system to control the compensation for the fluctuation of circuit built-in voltage in order to ensure the fluctuation of voltage is within±15%.
5.Use South Korea SANWO pneumatic components with stable performance.
6.All the electronic components are from Japan Mitsubishi and Omron with ideal service life and performance.
7.The transformer adopts Japan high purity silicon steel sheet with good magnetic and electricity conductivity.
8.High precision all digital control system effectively resolve the problems of cold joint or loose welding due to the current shunt in projection welding.

Q2: what is the warranty period of your machine?
Answer: our standard warranty period is one year after shipment. If
you want to extend the warranty period,
there will be extra cost.
Q3: what if my machine damaged doing the warranty period?
Answer: firstly, our engineer will help you to diagnose the problem
via online guidance. if any parts damaged
during the warranty period, we will send the parts to you for replacement free of charge. If you can not fix he
problem by replacement of the new parts, we will send engineer to
your factory to help fixing the machine.
Q4: what is the delivery time of your machine?
