I. Paper feed department (independent front feed department)

1, Machine clutch

〖1〗Electric control clutch with alarm bell, continuous ringing during its proceeding to ensure the safety of operators.

2,Leading edge feed system

〖1〗Suction auxiliary paper feeding, fan 7.5kW, can adjust the air volume according to the different bending conditions of the paperboard to ensure the smooth paper feeding.

〖2〗The die cutting part is equipped with interlock control switch to control the urgent stop feeding.

〖3〗Paper lifting and paper dropping are driven by air cylinder, which is fast and labor-saving.

〖4〗The leading edge roller feeding system can greatly improve the feeding stability of the bending board.

〖5〗Electric adjustment of left and right side baffle position, manual adjustment of front baffle clearance, electric adjustment of rear baffle position.

〖6〗Feeding counter, sets and displays the production quantity.

1. Dust removal device

〖1〗The brush dedusting device in the paper feeding part can remove a lot of impurities on the printing surface of the paperboard and improve the printing quality.

4,Paper feeding roller

〖1〗The outer diameter of the upper roll is ￠ 140 mm.

〖2〗Solid steel, wrapped with wear-resistant rubber, and balanced.

〖3〗Lower roll ￠156 mm embossed hard chrome plating, and do balance correction.

〖4〗The paper feeding roller gap dial is adjusted manually, with the adjustment range of 2-11mm.

1,Pressing device

〖1〗The shaft diameter is ￠ 110mm, the surface is ground, hard chrome plated, and the movement is stable.

〖3〗Manually adjust the clearance dial of the pressing wheel, with the adjustment range of 0-12mm.

2,Slotting tool block Horizontal Adjustment mechanism

〖1〗The shaft diameter is ￠ 154mm, the surface is ground, hard chrome plated, and the movement is stable.

〖2〗The width of slotting knife is 7mm.

〖3〗Alloy steel material after heat treatment grinding tooth slotting knife, good hardness and toughness.

〖4〗Alloy steel material after heat treatment grinding trimming knife, sharp edge, high precision.

〖5〗Adjust the traverse position of pressing wheel and slotting cutterbed, and adopt the electric mechanical joint adjustment

Wallboard:

We used CAST STEEL not Nodular cast steel.Shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage are not exist in cast stell but has too much in nodular cast steel. Cast stell is expensive than nodular cast steel but tough,dectile and easily machined.Even you cant see the steel's material after painting,but we used good cast steel ,to producted high quality machine is my factory's aim.That's why the machine have been using more than 20 year no problem.
