VMI Type V10-C3C solenoid valve is a solenoid valve specially designed for twin-screw extruder. The main parameters are: inlet and outlet size G3/8'', coil voltage AC220V, temperature resistance -10-140°C, pressure resistance 0-16bar.

Two-position two-way direct-acting solenoid valve, normally closed type: When energized, the solenoid valve coil is energized to generate magnetic force, and the electromagnetic force lifts the valve core from the valve seat to open the valve. When the power is off, the solenoid valve coil loses electromagnetic force and disappears. The spring presses the spool back into the seat and the solenoid valve closes.

Introduction of the cooling principle of the twin-screw extruder with VMI type V10-C3C solenoid valve:

The heater of the twin-screw extruder heating and cooling system is made of cast copper or cast aluminum, and the heating is uniform and rapid. The twin-screw extruder cooling system is cooled by softened water, VMI V10-C3C solenoid valve and temperature control table. It is equipped with a heat exchanger and a stainless steel large water tank. The cooling is rapid and uniform, and the temperature control is accurate. The long-term use does not produce impurities and does not block the cooling flow passage.

The cooling function of the different sections of the twin-screw extruder is different.

The homogenization section of the screw cools down and cools because the melt is subjected to large extrusion, friction and shearing, resulting in more heat and faster temperature rise. In order to prevent material decomposition, cooling and cooling are required.

Cooling in the feeding section of the screw is to prevent the screw temperature in this section from being too high, and to prevent the material from being attached to the screw groove of the screw due to the high temperature, which affects the forward movement of the material, resulting in insufficient production due to insufficient supply.
