The 400*1300 type corrugated fin forming machine is the seventh-generation product developed by our

company since we began production of a corrugated tank in 1997. The product is controlled by PLC as

the main control unit, with touch screen operation, more strong and convenient maintenance, manual and

automatic operation modes can be selected as wish, automatic folding forming corrugated fins, automatic

cutting, convenient operation, stable performance, high safety factor, and work fast and so on.

The working principle of the fin forming mache
The machine power adopts three-phase four-wire system, and the thin plate adopts a speed reducer to

adjust the positioning center and is hydraulically driven to continuously form a group of corrugated fins.
This machine is divided into hydraulic transmission part, touch screen operation part, electrical main

control unit part, automatic adjustment of thin plate part, automatic feeding part, rack part, forming,

cutting part, bending part and so on.
Manually adjust part: Adjust the width of the corrugated sheet so that the corrugated sheet is not easily

biased during work.
Hydraulic transmission part: The hydraulic folding part adopts a separate hydraulic system, which can

adjust speed, ensure the forming result of the corrugated sheet with good verticality and the reinforcing ribs.
,Consists of the movable mold part, the inside core part, the gate mold part, the locking part, the positioning

part and the cutting part. Adopts high-quality, high-performance high-pressure vane pumps, double-pump

dual-motors, and Yuken brand electromagnetically controlled pressure relief valves, with 23 hydraulic cylinders,

all seals are imported and durable.
Inside core part: adopts hydraulic automatic clamping tight molding plate, automatic positioning center
Automatic feeding part: The servo motor is used to drive the rubber rollers through the reducer to ensure

the spacing between the corrugated fins. The upper and lower roller of rubber rolls are driven by hydraulic

cylinders.

The automatic cutting of the corrugated fins can be controlled, and the distance between the two ends of the

corrugated fin is automatically controlled after input at the touch screen

height etc. Automatic infrared sensor control, automatic welding group corrugated fins, welding gun adopts servo

motor automatically up and down, to ensure the quality of corrugated fin welding. The product is easy to operate,
