Our PE coated paper has three grades, including two side grey,full
grey and full grey with smooth finish. The differences for the
three grades are as below:
1)Two side grey: the Brand is CRYSTAL (A grade), is made by our
local paper and newspaper and recycled paper, very good quality,
can be used for package, stationery, etc.
Crystal Brand: one layer board in roll, made by paper machine,
thickness is from 0.49mm~1.07mm, substance is from 300gsm to 650gsm
2)Full grey : The brand is JADE(AA grade), is made by made of
imported paper and old news paper, the quality is very good, very
strong stiffness, even better than JADE, can be used for luxary
package and printing.
Jade Brand: one layer board in roll, made by paper machine,
thickness is from 0.57mm to 1.05mm, substance is from 350gsm to 650gsm
3)Full side grey with smooth surface:The brand is DIAMOND(AAA
grade), it is same as DIAMOND, but the surface is very smooth and
very stiff, the best quality in grey board field.
Diamond Brand: one layer board in roll, made by paper machine,
thickness is 0.39mm, 300gsm only.smoothy surface, best quality
Product range for our PE coated paper is from 300gsm to 650gsm as
your requirement. Different grade can be chose for our PE coated
paper.
The Reel or sheet of our pe coated paper is according to the
requirement of customers. And special size is available for our pe
coated paper.
All the standard width for above brand is 31" and 35", specail
width can be custoemrized. The minimum width is 610mm and maximum
is 1250mm.
Above grey paper roll also can be two rolls laminated, three rolls
laminated, four rolls laminated to different thickness and then cut
to different sheet size. All of this grey paper roll and grey paper
board in sheets can be widely used as the raw material of arch
file, hard book cover, calendar stand, gift boxes, puzzle,
furniture and other stationery products.
Packaging & Shipping
Each roll wrapped by PE film and fixed by plastic strap. The total
reels for one container is based on the width size you ordered.
Normally, it can load about 13tons for 20' container, 25tons for
40' and 40'HQ.
One layer can put about 17 reels in container

1) Grade A (Brand: Crystal) : it is two side grey board which is
made by waste newspaper and corrugated paper and the quality is

2) Grade AA (Brand: Jade): it is full grey board which is made by
full waste newspaper and the quality is better than Grade A
3) Grade AAA with smooth surface(Brand:Diamond): it is full grey
board, but with smooth surface and the quality is the best
All above grades are suitable for wine box,cosmetic box,gift watch
box,packing gift box,shoes box,shirt box,box watch, jewelry
boxes,gift bag,paper bag etc. You can select the grade as per your
quality requirements. And our best sales is Grade A which is lower
price but with good quality.
6.Q:How to order for your pe coated paper?
