Primory Characteristics
A. Part Materials: 1.2344 is used in this part. Kingrui also reserves other materials, such as: PD613, SUS303, DC53, M4, KM-2, CPMM4, 1.3247, SKH51 and so on.
B. Wire EDM Mold Part for more than 10 years, our factory mainly customs production of precision mold parts, wire cutting parts is only part of our production, if you have demand, you can send the drawings, after determining the price, we will complete the parts manufacturing for you as soon as possible .
C. Part tolerance: 0.005 mm or usually it depends on customers' darwings.
D. Software for drawing: pro/E, auto CAD, UG, CAD,PDF and Solidworks2008 flow analysis.
E. Further machining work: As you know, the processing of this part is mainly three steps, namely, precision grinding, Sodick discharge and wire cutting, in addition to those, CNC milling, hot- treatment , and others can be supplied.
F. Surface finish process: polishing, a lot of coating, mirror polishing and so on.
G. OEM parts range: auto mold parts connector, electronic connector, medical equipment connector and other industrial uses.
H. Processes: Your drawings , mold parts processing, surface treatment, quality testing and packaging.
