The Description Of Product

A). Processing:

The processing process of the mold part is mainly two steps:

The first process is grinding, grinding process will use two kinds of machines: plane grinding machine and punch forming machine.

The second process is the discharge finishing.

In our factory, in addition to some of the processing technology above mentioned, we can provide you with other processing, such as CNC milling, wire cutting, a variety of surface treatment and so on.

B). Particular Detail:

Now we see this part, its processing technology is not much , only two processes. But it is worth noting that the parts of the molding area, its forming area is round, round manufacturing is made by our punching machine, mainly by workers' hand grinding slowly, need to spend more time and patience to make such a Perfect product.

D). Machining Equipment

As mentioned above, the auto connector mold part was made by two types machines:

a). Grinder: flat grinding machine and punching machine

b). EDM machines: Japan Sodick supper- mirror and electro- discharge machine, Japan mitsubishi mirror EDM
