Product Description
A). Material: SKD61, or according to customers' requirements. we can suuply various materials ,such as, High- speed steel: CPMM4, KM-2, SKH51, M4, 1.3247, etc. stainless steel: SUS301, SUS420, SUS440B, etc. Plastic mold steel : 168, NAK80, etc. Besides materials Mentioned above, we have others as aluminiu. so if you are interesed in our products , we will try our best to meet your demand.
B). Machine: Grinding machines and EDM machines. Other machining equipments can be see in our factory, for example, CNC milling machines, if you come Kingrui.
C). Process: It's two processing of this precision mold parts , respectively, grinding and discharge. although the manufacturing process is not much, in fact, the requirements of the parts itself are a lot, so it is the reason that it is called precision mold parts .
D). Precision: The accuracy of this precision mold parts is determined by drawings. but we have our own regular precision parameters, details as follows:
